Do we need to install anything?
No. Rescue Tracker runs in the browser on any computer or phone. On a phone you can add it to your home screen from app.rescuetracker.org/download and it behaves like an app, with notifications.
Can we bring our existing animals over?
Yes. Add them one at a time, or ask us about importing your spreadsheet. Migration help is available on request.
Does our vet need an account?
No. Your rescue gets its own email address for records. Your clinic emails records there like they would to any client and they land on the right animal.
What happens to records when an animal is adopted?
The full medical history moves to the adopter's free VetRecords account, so they keep getting vaccine reminders and your record stays complete.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month or yearly, and you can cancel from the Billing page. You can export your data any time.
Do you charge per animal or per feature?
No. Plans differ by animal count and staff seats only. Every feature is included.
